Determining the problem requires time to perform a complete test of the system or the given area.
For some computer repairs, there is a £15.00 diagnostic fee; this is for initial faultfinding and testing, from which an informed decision can be made to whether or not it is cost effective to fix the computer.
- If you chose not to go ahead with the repair this is the only charge to you.
- If you decide to go ahead with the repair then the diagnostic fee is taken off the final bill.
* Note: If the computer/device is repairable and you go ahead with the repair then the diagnostic fee is waived.
